I live to give breath to ideas, enhance businesses, direct lives to maximum productivity and build programs and course that help businesses, states and nations to maximize their human resources.

I feel I am under a mandate from God to make everyone I meet do better in whatever they are doing, or want to do.

Making money is great but its secondary in my agenda, I believe people should live a happy life for real, not what people think about them but what they think and feel about themselves matters to me, hence I focus on the software (the thought pattern) that powers people rather than the hardware (the outward material things), I strongly believe that when people can connect what make them happy and what earn them money they will live happily and earn enough to have all the material things they need.

I came up with the terms “enterprises fatherhood” because, in my journey to build businesses and empower startups I have come to realize that startups could be likened to children who have big dreams to change the world and they get so passionate that they are blinded to a lot of things just like children who have dreams and are not really sure of the pathways to getting their dreams to reality.

Enterprise fatherhood is a notion that says startups needs to be fathered (guided, mentored, taught, supported, subsidized and helped) to take their dreams from thought to the market and scale to maximum impact so they end up as fathers to the society (Successful businesses/ business owners) who in turn joins the queue to father others upcoming.


Poverty Eradication

I believe that the best strategy to eradicating poverty is to help people see themselves differently(Identity) if we are able to alter the software(Thought) that powers people we can make them see wealth in the uncomfortable situations around them and build wealth solving them in simpler and better ways using resources already available around them.


My Core Values - These are the values that powers all that I do and will do.


Family

I believe that life is shaped from family and all gathering including business gathering can be executed within the bond of a family. Family is a group of people connected by blood and kinship, we run our businesses with a notion of family, our staff are our nuclear family members and our clients and customers forms our extended family, What binds us together is their problem and our solutions to dealing with their problems.

Honour

I believe that every human deserves to be honoured, they don’t need to earn it, but because we deserve to remain honourable irrespective of people’s behavior. In all our engagement we treat people like God will treat them, we strive to treat people like they will like to be treated not based on their behaviour. We believe that when people get what they don’t deserve they see themselves differently and work in their new mindset.


Morality

Morality matters a great deal to me as a person, and holds a prime place in all the brands I represent, while I appreciate that people have their lives to live and should not be policed, I also believe that we all have high moral compasses within us that our engagement must try to activate so that we live life knowing that we deserve to be healthy spirit, soul and body to be able to be at our best, we also hold ourselves to standards that shows people who observe, how best to life and get the best of live. Fairness to our customers and stakeholders is our primary expression of our morality.

Excellence

We uphold the highest of standards in all that we do, knowing that only that which exceed the expected is ever acknowledged. We believe that if we give what others give we will remain within what others (the crowd) have. We continually strive to outperform our previous performance in all parameters. We work to ensure that our clients experience of us is always better compared to the past

We are working out many programs to bring the experiences of the elderly successful business moguls in our state to bare in guiding the strength and vigor of the youths.

The goal is to build a father(Parents: Male and female) and children relationship where the experience of the elderly (about the local business terrain), their success stories, failures and lessons leant could be harnessed to guide the young vibrant youths who are passionate about changing the world but are clueless as to where to start from.
